Happy New Year, Joey! NoTab is cool, but most basic features are locked behind a paywall. I found out MaxFocus: Link Preview & AI Assistant and Open in Popup Window, which offer a similar experience to what Arc does. By the way, you can also try out Zen Browser; it does the same thing natively, and it's the closest experience to Arc.

Your review nails exactly how I feel about Arc. That preview popup feature is brilliant - makes browsing so much faster when you just need to glance at something. I actually found a similar tool called NoTab that brings that same preview magic to Chrome and Firefox if anyone wants the Arc experience on other browsers. What I really appreciate about Arc is how it forces you to be intentional with tabs instead of hoarding hundreds of them like most of us do.
