In reply to Jarett. The Marshall Mode EQ uses a rubberized (TPE‑style) cable coating, not fabric or braided material. While Marshall does not explicitly state the polymer in their marketing materials, the construction is typical the same for mid‑range wired in‑ear headphones.

What is the material covering the wires? I have a pair of Klipsch T5’s and they’re great except for the sheath is a sort of braided material (kind of like some guitar cables) which unfortunately telegraphs the sound of cables moving against my shirt/jacket into the ear buds. I’m looking at getting these as a new set and want to avoid this issue.

In reply to Ell. Unfortunately, I haven't tried any other pair from Marshall, but I'm already looking at the Marshall Motif, which seem to have a lot of great reviews. Maybe take a look at those first, and then decide if they're right for you.

I got one for my boyfriend who didn’t want to spent a lot of money on in ears but he wanted good quality. I got a pair of them for his birthday and he absolutely loved them. Like you the marshall logo from the right side fall off within the first two months and he glued it back. I liked the design a lot and I was thinking of getting one pair for myself, but I’m more interested at their bluetooth models have you ever tried them?
